One Year Blogoversary coming up

I just realized today that it will be One Year on March 31 since I started blogging.
What an experience this has been! I have loved this world of Blogging and all the wonderful friends I have met along the way!
I started blogging as a way to write down my experiences growing up in China. I did not envision the joys and satisfaction that would come.
Here is my first post!

Chinese New Year

Since I was born in China, of missionary parents, we enjoy celebrating Chinese New Year. We went to our daughter's house and tried our hands at making an authentic Chinese meal. It was good, but not as tasty as my Mom used to make. I'll keep trying to find the right taste! It was fun.

Congratulations Ruthie! Isn't it amazing how much we grow as writers? We were just talking about this the other day and how much better my posts flow now than they did when I first began. I love your blog and hope you keep writing for a long time! ♥ Happy Blogoversary!!

You should mention that you did this at your oldest daughters house so people won't think it's me.

I will wait and wish you a happy blogiversary on the actual day.

Congratulations! I passed my "blogaversary" without notice. But what I did notice was all the really great people I have met through this experience. My down time is limited so I am glad when I am able to be entertained and edified with blogging. I think it's a much better use of my time than . . . say, TV. Anyway, keep up the good work. Be blessed.

Hi Ruthie,

Congrats on your one year anniversary :)

I've been slow getting around to blogs - since I've got my little treasure to enjoy. I post and read when I'm able.
