Miracles - Great Grandson

This is one of our present day miracles - our great grandson Jacob. When he was born, he was not expected to live because of non-working kidneys. In August,he had a kidney transplant from his Mom and is now a healthy, active 3 year old.

Here he is enjoying one of God's wonders - the snow. He was fascinated and loving the feel of snowflakes floating lazily down on his upturned face.

Those of you who have followed my blog for a long time, know of the blessings of this child!

Thank you Lord, for our great grandson, Jacob, and for the daily blessings of snow, rain, and sun to make our world a wonderful place to live.

Ruthie, Jacob truly is a blessing. It gives me chills just to think what he has been through in his short life. My granddaughter, Payton, lost a kidney and her other kidney is damaged. Your post gave me hope.
