Great Grandchildren update

Here is our very newest great grandbaby, born just before Thanksgiving.
She has the sweetest little nose and is just precious. Kamryn is just 2 weeks old...and doing fine. A very contented baby. We love her to pieces already! We had fun holding her at lunch yesterday with our daughter and grandaughter - four generations of us!

Our great grandson, Jacob, who had the kidney transplant in August is doing wonderfully well.
He went from being a quiet, happy child - content to sit on the floor and play with his toys - to a very active, talkative, but still happy child, who walks and runs all over. We think he is just making up for lost time. Apparently, although he looked well, he must not have had the energy while on dialysis. Now, he has exuberant energy and is such a happy little guy! It's almost hard to get a picture of him, as he is active and exploring his world like he wasn't able to do before the new kidney!
We are so thankful to the Lord for these two miracles! Real Christmas blessings this year!!

Kamryn is a beautiful baby. I am so glad that Jacob's new kidney is working well. My granddaughter, Payton, had a kidney removed and our grandson, Dawson, had reconstruction work done on his kidney. I constantly worry about Payton losing her kidney. Seeing your healthy Jacob is reassuring to me. Aren't great-grandchildren special? You are blessed.

Looks like Jacob is harder to get a picture of these days. Kamy will be there too before too long.
